ai vs hs

AI vs HS means to compare a review, done by myself as heavystoned, with an ai generated review.

I had to use several steps. The first one was to choose a quite complex song upon I wrote already a short review for the daily peak at 12-26-2023. My choice was the song "Collision" by the Italian band "Mr. Bison", which you can read below.

Mr. Bison (IT) - Collision

Mr. Bison managed a balancing act between a medieval guitar riff which sounds like an Americana band in the first minute. After that first minute there are two Jon Andersons singing in a twin harmonic vocal line along a syncopic drumming. Then they put a couple of guitar layers over the two vocal lines. 3 minutes gone, mouth and eyes wide open, what a masterpiece of a song.

After that I looked for an ai which is able to analyze music and I found CYANITE.

After creating an account I uploaded the song and let CYANITE analyze this song. I took some screenshots to save the results. Actually, it´s only statistics which reflects some patterns which I (and we) also have in my/our brain after listening to music for around 50 years.

The header to this song: Duration, BPM, Key, and the first characteristics of the song.

The mood of the song is that what causes thinking about the alluding of the song. That means, which pattern or band or style gives an answer to the resonance of this song. The ai obviously recognize that this song doesn´t contain any parts of Slayer (aggressive), My Sleeping Karma (chill and calm) Joy Division or The Sisters of Mercy (dark). With these parameters I created a prompt to write a review about this song. The main thing which is missed in this analysis is the voice, so the servant in my musical library found out, that the voice sounds similar to Jon Anderson´s voice.

The next step was to write the prompts.
