The name of this festival in Cambrai comes from the local delicacy called "Bêtises". It is not only the double-sense name of this festival, it´s also the location and the line-up and the history of the line-ups. Located in the Bavarian Forest (Forest in Bavarian Dialect: Woid), in Upper Palatina, one of the quite isolated regions in Germany. This mentality and attitude is certainly the motivation for one of the finest festivals in Germany, the Void Fest.
