I'm actually always skeptical when I listen to songs that last longer than 3-5 minutes. Somehow the intro lasts 1 minute, then the main riff plays for a minute, then either Cookie Monster bawls, an elf wails, or the vocals are distorted to infinity or mixed into the background. And after 5 minutes the song trudges towards its end in 8 - 10 minutes without any further ideas. "Lilith´s Lullaby" is the first single from the upcoming album "Amber Eyes", which will be released on march, 22rd 2024. This band managed it to put a lot of 20% of the music together, which I don´t like that much and created a song which I like for 100%. I love couples who share their passion together and that´s why I like what Tess and jahn do together and how they do it together. There´s no need for other musicians; Tess and Jahn unleash such a power by playing, so it doesn´t matter what kind of music they play. Howl is a kind of slow stone-breaking Doom road roller with unpredictable breaks and lows. I really dig that thang!!

Actually, this provisional line-up is quite promising. of course, we keep our fingers crossed that our beloved band The Great Machine can go on tour again and Orange Goblin will present us their latest album live on stage. Established in 2010, this festival and the staff prove a good instinct for good bands and we keep on waiting for the next wave of announcement.

Imagine the driving power of Scorpions´ "The Zoo" and the crystal clear vocal production of Black Sabbath´s Heaven and Hell, with a swagger of "Hole in the Sky". A fantastic appetizer for their upcoming album because the Jochum Brothers delivered a delicious early 80´s Metal cocktail; the tracklist already exists and we wait for the release of their full album after 4 years of waiting.
